Students and Ariel arrive at the house to get settled in. Snacks and beverages provided. Packets and all necessary materials handed out.

Monday 5/20/2024

• 8:30 am: All staff and students arrive to Washington and Jefferson Campus in Swanson Room 110 for breakfast and coffee provided by CCL-US.

• 9:00 am coding boot camp starts. This includes: welcome, data science overview, installing python and getting set up, basic syntax, control structures.

• 12:00 pm - 1:15 pm lunch break, provided by CCL-US.

• 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm Dr. Christenson leads students through an additional QIS intro.

• 4:00 pm students return to house.

Tuesday 5/21/2024

• 8:30 am: All staff and students arrive to Washington and Jefferson Campus in Swanson Room 110 at 8:30 am for breakfast and coffee provided by CCL-US.

• 9:00 am coding boot camp starts. This includes: Types, lists, dictionaries, file I/O, data visualization.

• 12:00 pm - 1:15 pm lunch break, provided by CCL-US.

• 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm Biotech Panel led by Dr. Bala with speakers Alyssa Harris, Allison Sharrow, and Alida Cooke.

• 4:00 pm students return to house.

Wednesday 5/22/2024

• 8:30 am: All staff and students arrive to Washington and Jefferson Campus in Swanson Room 110 at for breakfast and coffee provided by CCL-US.

• 9:00 am coding boot camp starts. This includes: Monte Carlo techniques, fitting, text manipulation.

• 12:00 pm - 1:15 pm lunch break, provided by CCL-US.

• 1:30 pm students load up for a tour at NETL. Tour runs from 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm.

• 5:00 pm students return to house.
